About Us

Hi, my name is Alex and I am the director of AMprop Investments.

My vision has been created with yacht crew in mind after coming from nearly twenty years working in the marine industry. I began my career running dive boats in Central America and the Caribbean and then completed nearly a decade working onboard superyachts. Even though I lived an incredibly fortunate and exciting life day to day, I always had a niggle in the back of my mind...” what’s my exit plan here?” I knew that I wanted to carry on living in these idyllic locations BUT on my schedule, not dictated to me by a job. This was the time I became fascinated with the idea of passive income and getting away from exchanging my time for money! Over the last 3 years I have focused on collecting high yielding assets with strong cashflow and almost guaranteed long-term capital appreciation and I want to help other yacht crew do the same. I have one driving goal and that is to create financial freedom and lifestyle by design, join me.

High Interest Loan Agreement

AMprop Investments are always negotiating new projects within the Manchester area of the UK which need funding. We offer high levels of interest on private loans which will be paid directly into your bank account each month providing you with an additional passive income. If you have savings in the bank offering you below levels of inflation then this option is a great opportunity for you.

*There are FCA requirements that all of our partners must meet in order to be considered for angel investment. We also require that each investor can commit to a minimum 12-month investment.

Joint Venture Projects

Do you love the idea of owning your own slice of the UK property market but short on time and knowledge? AMprop Investments has opportunities for the right type of investor to partner with us on exciting projects. These opportunities are normally split 50/50 providing the investor with a passive monthly income as well as equal benefit from any capital appreciation. If you like the idea of a secure and longer-term investment then this is a great option for you.

*We ask that all JV investors are willing to commit to a minimum 5-year commitment before both parties consider a possible exit plan.

Crowdfunding Opportunities

The chances are you may well of heard the term crowdfunding through websites like Kickstarter or Indiegogo? This option of investing is becoming increasingly popular in today’s modern world because it allows everybody the opportunity to get involved without carrying the typical large entry fees. This way of investing can be a powerful option for someone who still wants to make a great return on their money but is only looking to invest a small amount.

*Crowdfunding opportunities are available from between £1000 and £10,000 and each shareholder must commit to a minimum 12-month investment.

AMprop investments was born partly out of Alex’s frustration with other companies poor communication skills and lack of transparency, so this is our top priority throughout your experience with us. Every one of our valued clients will receive a monthly progress pack containing detailed reports and updates on their chosen project. For our joint venture partners, monthly site visits are available where you will experience a detailed tour of the project followed by a team dinner and lodging provided for your stay if required.
